The 16th of September, 1958, Jennifer Tilly was born in Los Angeles in extremely substandard conditions. Her father worked as a salesman, and her mother was a school teacher. Jennifer was the second child from her extended family. She frequently accompanied her mother, who was employed as a teacher at school, to theater performances. She thought she was amazing. Jennifer's divorce was finalized at the age of five. Jennifer was a part of her life living in British Columbia, after her mother relocated there with their four kids. Jennifer was never the studious sort, despite the fact that she was a talented artist in her youth. In Canadian schools, her experiences led to her being frequently the victim of bullying. In high school her passion for theater began to wane. In an effort to counter this, her mother helped her to be an extra in various plays. The mother of all her children to discover a passion for the arts. After that, she immediately began acting.
